The information you provide on the Interest List form will be used to determine your eligibility for a 50% Area Median Income (AMI) Below Market Rate Housing program at Gable House.
To qualify for this program, your gross household annual income must be at or below the income limits, adjusted for household size. Please review the Current Annual Income Limits for the 50% AMI to understand income eligibility.
Waitlist placement will be determined by the lottery. Information regarding important dates can be viewed at the Gable House website. Completion and submission of this form will give you the opportunity to be on the waitlist. The waitlist order is selected through a random lottery process, however, does not guarantee that you will be offered an affordable apartment home. If you are within the first 10 households on the waitlist, you will notified within a timely manner. If you are not within the first 10 households, you can contact gablehouseaff@greystar.com to see what lottery number you received. You will be contacted if or when a home meeting your interest submission becomes available. The Interest List Form is not an application to rent and will not be utilized for screening purposes. Incomplete or duplicate entries for the same household will not be considered. One submission per household is allowed.
